2022—HB 74 (“End of Life Options Act”), which would legalize physician-assisted suicide, receives a public hearing in the House Health and Human Services Committee but does not advance. Rep. Dailey-Provost sponsored this bill and prior ones in 2020 and 2019.
2020—HB93 (“End of Life Options Act”), which would legalize physician-assisted suicide, is introduced but does not advance.
